- Heating/AC/Rooftop units are serviced quarterly, serviced and managed by Trevor Sanford.
- Hoods are cleaned twice a year, serviced and managed by Missoula Fire Equipment.
- Parking lots are done once a year if needed, they are assessed each spring and repaired in the summer. Managed by Matt at the RSC.
- Fire extinguishers are serviced annually, serviced and managed by Missoula Fire Equipment.
- Grease is hauled/pumped quarterly, serviced and managed by Full Circle Biofuels.
