All General Managers and Assistant Managers who have been with the Company for at least 30 days will be given up to five (5) paid days for philanthropy purposes. All requests for philanthropy time are to be submitted to, and approved by the Area Coach at least three weeks in advance of the anticipated time off.

Philanthropy time can be used for a variety of activities including volunteering for a church or non-profit organization (NPO) function or camp, serving on an NPO board, performing volunteer services projects or volunteering your time and service to a variety of causes. Philanthropy time-off approval is at the discretion of the Operations.
