If a customer is involved in an incident or an accident at your store, please report the incident to the RSC by completing the Customer Incident Report Form in Zenput.
Always include as much detail as possible when filling out the form including customer name/company, phone number, insurance information, date and times, witnesses, etc.
Examples of these incidents/accidents could be vehicle damage in the parking lot or drive-thru, store property damage from a customer vehicle, a customer fall or injury on store property, etc.
