If an employee needs a replacement paycard, they need to ask their manager for a new paycard. The employee then needs to go into their rapid! Pay app and choose the Replace Card option. This will link the new card to their old one, that way all direct deposit information stays the same and any money sent to the old card and account will automatically be loaded on to the new one. Also, any money that is on the cardholder’s old card will be automatically moved to the new one.
